Kalsubai Peak is one of the most enjoyable trek during rainy season which offers view of breathtaking lush green valleys, waterfalls on mountains, walk through clouds, roaring chilled winds. All these are surreal experience for all the nature lovers and trek enthusiasts.
About:
The Everest of the Maharashtra, Kalsubai Peak (5400 ft.) is the highest peak of the mountain range of Sahyadri. Kalsubai Peak is part of the Kalsubai Harishchandragad Wildlife Sanctuary which spreads from Kalasubai to Harischandragad. On Kalsubai Peak top you can see a small temple of Kalsubai. #Ratangad, #AMK (Alang-Madan-Kulang), #Harishchandragad, #Saptashrungigad, #Markindya, #Dhodap, etc. can be spotted from the Kalsubai Peak. Kalsubai Peak is a dream trek of every passionate trekker in Maharashtra to climb it at least once.

Day 0 –
22:00 – Meet the Team at Pritam Hotel, Dadar (East)
22:15 – Departure from Dadar
11:30 – Pick up from Teen Hath Naka Junction, Thane
Day 1 –
04.00 – Reach Base Village, Rest for some time
06.00 – Wake up call & Freshen up. Have Breakfast
06:30 – Start trekking after briefing and introduction
10.30 – Reach Kalsubai Top. Explore the summit and witness some of the other peaks from top
11.00 – Start descending, on the way have fun at stream
13.30 – Reach base village
14:00 – Lunch at Base Village
15.30 – Start return journey
19.00 – Reach Mumbai
Trek concludes with happy memories π
Things to carry:
1. Identity Proof
2. Water Bottle (2 Liters Compulsory)
3. Electral Powder / Energy bars / Dry Snacks (dry fruits. biscuits, plum cakes etc)
4. Good grip quality trekking shoes
5. Personal Medication (if any)
6. Toiletries (Napkin, facewash, tissue paper)
7. Cap, goggles, moisturizer, mosquito repellent
8. Camera (Optional)
9. Rain wear (Jacket / Ponchos )
10. Extra Pair of Clothes (as per schedule)
11. Sleeping bag / mat / bed sheet (as per schedule)
12. Slippers (optional β at the end of day / trek so that your feet can relax)
13. Proper Backpack to carry all these things

– Mountains are a place of rich natural beauty. Hence, it is our duty to keep them free from garbage. So please do not litter. One is expected to deposit all wrappers/empty water bottles etc. in his/her own bag.
