Adventure Forever invites you one day trek to Visapur Fort. Visapur Fort is one of the most enjoyable treks in Maharashtra during monsoon. It is located near the town of malavali which is 3km from lonavala and 95 km from #mumbai, it lies just off the pune-mumbai expressway.

Visapur fort is much larger, higher and less accessible compared to adjacent Lohagad fort. Visapur fort is approximately 3,556 ft above sea level. It was built during 1713-1720 CE by Balaji Vishwanath, the first Peshwa of Maratha Empire.

Join us for this trek to enjoy the waterfall trails, gale force wind along with breathtaking views from the plateau on top.

Brief Itinerary:
06:30 – Meet us at Thane station platform no.10 near ticket counter.
06:40 – Start travelling towards Lonavala in a private vehicle. In route pick up.
09.30 – Reach base village. Have breakfast
10.00 – After introduction and briefing start trekking
12.30 – Reach the top, Explore
14.00 – Have lunch
15.00 – Start descending
16.00 – Reach base, have fun at Waterfall
17.00 – Have refreshments & start travelling back to thane
20.00 – Reach Thane
Trek Concludes with sweet memories 🙂

9. Extra Pair of Clothes (as per schedule)
10. Slippers (optional – at the end of day / trek so that your feet can relax).
11. Proper Backpack to carry all these things

– Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without refund.
– Mountains are a place of rich natural beauty. Hence, it is our duty to keep them free from garbage. So please do not litter. One is expected to deposit all wrappers/empty water bottles etc. in his/her own bag.
